If you’re not completely satisfied with your Finndustries purchase, it doesn’t fit or you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to exchange it for a full refund or an alternative product.

Simply send the goods, along with your original receipt, back to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note: returned product must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags still intact.

We will cover the cost of sending out replacement items, but not the postage for returning goods to Finn Industries factory. We are not responsible for items missing in transit. When returning your goods, we suggest using a mail service that allows tracking.

Australian orders

• When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post allowing tracking of your delivery online and via the Australia Post Mobile App.
• Orders typically take two to four days to arrive after dispatch. (Please note: delivery to remote regional areas and during peak posting times can be slower than this.)
• If you need an item pronto, email or ring the team and we will endeavour to find a solution. (Additional costs may apply.)

Rest of the world

• Shipping costs to locations outside Australia vary wildly. As a result, we must quote for any order for delivery outside Australia.
• Simply email us and let us know your address and required products. We will then contact you to advise shipping costs.
• International freight charges do not include import duties, or the taxes or duties applied to the purchaser in the receiving country.
