As official repairers for some of the industries biggest players, we carry a wide range of spare parts and are highly experienced in working with professional gear. We service the whole of Australia, so if you're further away - simply send your gear in the mail.

We are an official warranty repairer for brands, such as One Planet, Helly Hansen, Karbon, Kjus, Westbeach, ThirtyTwo, The North Face, Osprey, Mountain Hardware, Nemo, Marmot, Outdoor Research, Exped, RAB, Easton, Black Wolf, Burton, Dianese, Rukka, Western Mountaineering and many many more. In addition, we serve as official repairers for distributors, such as Paddy Pallin, Outdoor Agencies and Rush Distribution.

Not everyone is 'one size fits alls', so if you need to modify existing gear - we've got you covered. We do official modifications for multiple brands, such as One Planet and Osprey.

As we service the whole of Australasia, most of our work is handled by mail or courier services. For health regulations and safety of our employees, all gear must be clean when sending for repair, or a cleaning/disinfection charge will apply. Soiled items can not be returned via post, they must be either collected in person or destroyed. Sending soiled items in mail is an offence (Post Act of 1989).

What is the turn around?

Our usual turn around on repairs is 5 to 10 working days depending on our work load and availability of parts. Please reserve additional time for postage/delivery. In some cases we can provide express service, this is usually reserved for industry professionals (charges apply).

Purchases from our online store will be shipped in 2 working days from orders, provided it is in stock.

Custom work and orders will take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks from order.

How much does it cost to repair my gear?

Unfortunately we are unable to confirm the price before we see the actual piece of equipment and extent of repair needed. Each backpack, tent or jacket is different, their spare parts are different and therefore repairing them is different.

We recommend you email us pictures of the problem or send the actual equipment in the mail (most often it will cost you around $10-20). We'll always provide you with a quote before any work is carried out.

What equipment can you repair or modify?

We repair and modify all outdoor equipment, such as, tent and pole repairs, sleeping bags and backpack, patching, replacements, reproofing etc. So whether your sleeping bag needs a new zipper, backpack restitching or tent new panels - we'll have it fixed and as good as new.

All our repairs and modifications are done with high quality and tested materials, and as official repairers for some of the industries biggest players, we carry a wide range of spare parts.

-Tents

-Alloy tent poles (DAC and Easton 7075)

-Gore-Tex and other technical clothing including rain wear, ski wear, sailing wear, motorcycle wear, etc.

-Sleeping bags, bivy bags

-Packs, ski and snowboard bags, haul bags, rope bags etc

-Instrument cases, photo or film equipment bags and soft cases

What we do NOT repair.

Footwear: Kindly note we do not repair footwear or do resoles, as this requires different machinery.

Tent poles: We do not service fibreglass poles, only alloy.

Large canvas bell tents: Due to size we do not service Bell tents or similar size structures.

Camper trailers/4x4 campers: We do not offer a repair or service for these.

Trekking Poles: We do not carry spare parts for any brands of trekking poles, we can service them only if you supply the parts.

Stoves: We do not currently offer a stove repair/service.
